- Juice: orange or apple, ~4 oz (½ cup) ≈ 15 g.
- Regular soda (not diet): ~4 oz (½ cup) ≈ 15 g.
- Honey: 1 tablespoon ≈ 15 g.
- Half a banana: ≈ 15 g.
- Hard candies: measure out enough pieces to total 15 g.
